Our front desk receptionists are highly valued. They are the people who pick up the phone when you call, respond to your emails, and schedule
appointments among many other responsibilities. Perhaps most important of all their responsibilities, they will work with insurance companies
on your behalf to insure you pay little or nothing out of pocket.
Many insurance plans have $5 copays per visit or $50 deductibles. Some insurance plans require patients to pay more out of pocket. Other
insurance plans don't cover some procedures at all. Our front desk receptionists will do everything possible to attain the fairest prices possible.
Our receptionists were hired based in part on their interpersonal communication skills and etiquette. Our front desk will be patient when
speaking to anyone who calls. We thank all patients for being equally courteous to them in return.
